These terms govern the HEY SALVA website and application operated by Jorge Leonardo Mejia Suarez in Colombia. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Contact admin@heysalva.com with questions.
HEY SALVA provides financial organization, deterministic scenarios, protection tools and paper strategy analysis. It is not a bank, broker, custodian or personalized investment adviser. It does not execute real-money trades. Simulations, AI explanations and historical results are not predictions, recommendations or guarantees of returns or savings.
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private and only enter data you own or are authorized to use. You retain rights to your data and permit processing needed to deliver the functions you choose, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable authorization requirements. Do not upload malicious content, obtain unauthorized access or misuse other people’s information.
Manual and imported records may be incomplete or unverified. Review sources, currencies, timestamps and assumptions before relying on results. Protection depends on device permissions, browser coverage and platform limitations and may be bypassed; it cannot prevent every purchase, transfer or app removal. You remain responsible for decisions and retain control of your money.
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. External providers apply their own terms. Paid integrations, custom enterprise work, shared access and service commitments require a separate clear agreement; website descriptions do not activate them. Do not rely on the service for emergencies or as the sole record of your finances.
HEY SALVA branding and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Access may be restricted for misuse or security risks. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate inputs, market movements or decisions you make; nothing excludes non-waivable liability or statutory consumer and data-protection rights.
Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Colombian law applies subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence. These terms do not require you to waive statutory rights or accept an invented arbitration arrangement. Contact admin@heysalva.com to raise an issue before seeking other available remedies.
